1. 수집하는 정보

쉐도잉 녹음 파일은 이 기기에만 저장되고 서버에 올라가지 않습니다. AI 연습·발음 평가 기능을 직접 쓸 때에만 해당 음성이 평가를 위해 전송되며, 서버는 음성 원본을 저장하지 않고 결과만 보관합니다.
2. 외부 서비스
- Google: 로그인(선택), YouTube 영상 재생·정보 확인. Google 개인정보처리방침과 YouTube 서비스 약관이 적용됩니다.
- 토스페이먼츠, PayPal: 결제 처리.
- Microsoft Azure Speech: 발음 평가·음성 인식(사용자가 해당 기능을 쓸 때만).
- Google Gemini 등 AI 서비스: 자막 번역·학습 분석(자막 문장 텍스트).
- 호스팅: 서버는 Hostinger의 가상 서버에서 운영합니다.
위 목적 외에 개인정보를 판매하거나 광고에 사용하지 않습니다.
3. 보관과 삭제
계정을 유지하는 동안 보관하고, 계정을 삭제하면 아래를 지웁니다: 이메일·이름·로그인 정보, 내 학습실과 모든 학습 기록, 가져오기·번역·AI 이용 기록, 차단 목록, 모든 기기의 로그인.
다음은 이름 없이 남습니다: 내가 공유한 자막(다른 학습자가 계속 쓸 수 있도록 “탈퇴한 사용자”로 표시), 결제 내역(세금·환불 문의 대응을 위해 법정 기간 동안), 남긴 별점·수락된 수정 제안·보상 내역.
4. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든 자신의 정보를 확인·수정하고 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 앱과 웹의 설정 → 계정 삭제에서 직접 삭제할 수 있고, 아래 연락처로 요청해도 됩니다.
5. 아동
이 서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 알면서 아동의 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
6. 보안
비밀번호는 복원할 수 없는 방식으로 저장하고, 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화합니다. 접근 권한은 운영에 필요한 사람으로 제한합니다.

Practice recordings stay on your device and are not uploaded. Only when you use AI practice or pronunciation scoring is that audio sent for scoring; the server does not keep the audio, only the result.
2. Services we use
- Google: optional sign-in; YouTube playback and video information. The Google Privacy Policy and the YouTube Terms of Service apply.
- Toss Payments and PayPal: payment processing.
- Microsoft Azure Speech: pronunciation scoring and speech recognition (only when you use those features).
- Google Gemini and similar AI services: caption translation and learning analysis (caption text).
- Hosting: Hostinger virtual servers.
We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
3. Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete the account we erase: email, name and sign-in details, your library and all learning records, import/translation/AI usage records, your block list, and every signed-in device.
These remain without your name: captions you shared (shown as “Deleted user” so other learners can keep using them), payment records (for the legal period, for tax and refund questions), and ratings, accepted corrections and reward history.
4. Your rights
You can review and correct your information and delete your account at any time: Settings → Delete account in the app and on the web, or contact us below.
5. Children
The service is not directed to children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
6. Security
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes and traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Access is limited to the people who operate the service.
